Linkifi (“Linkifi”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a digital PR and link building agency operating from the United Kingdom. We help brands earn editorial coverage and authoritative backlinks from major publications.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit linkifi.io (the “Site”) or engage our services, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

We collect information in three ways:

Information you provide to us

• Client information — billing details, campaign briefs, and business information you share with us when you become a client.

Information from third parties

• Scheduling and CRM platforms we use to manage bookings and conversations, and advertising platforms that tell us how you found us (for example, whether you arrived via an ad).

If you give us your mobile number and tick a box agreeing to receive text messages (for example when you book a call on our booking page), we use your number only to send the messages you agreed to: confirmations, reminders and updates about your call and, if you also agreed to marketing texts, occasional marketing messages from Linkifi.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing with subcontractors that support our services, such as the platform that sends our messages, is permitted. All other categories of sharing in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

If you choose to opt in to receive SMS messages from Linkifi, operated by Bigg Pants Ltd, we may send you informational messages, including appointment reminders, service updates and responses to enquiries, and/or promotional messages where you have separately consented to receive them.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent, will not be shared, sold, rented or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers solely where necessary to provide our messaging service or otherwise support our communications with you.

Your SMS opt-in data and consent are excluded from any other data-sharing provisions described in this Privacy Policy.

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy:
