Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of linkifi.io (the “Site”), operated by Linkifi (“Linkifi”, “we”, “us” or “our”), and they apply to our digital PR and link building services except where a separate written agreement between you and Linkifi says otherwise.

By accessing the Site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Linkifi provides digital PR services, including campaign-led link building, expert commentary placement, and related consulting (the “Services”). The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are set out in the proposal, order form, or agreement you enter into with us.

Where there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement takes priority for that engagement.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems.
• Use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with anyone else's use of it.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect content or data from the Site by automated means without our prior written consent.
• Use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or any unlawful, defamatory, or infringing material.

Fees, billing schedules, and payment terms for the Services are set out in your proposal or agreement with us. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Invoices are payable by the due date stated on them.
• Work on a campaign begins once any agreed upfront payment has been received.
• You are responsible for providing accurate information and timely approvals where a campaign requires them.

Digital PR works by earning coverage from independent journalists and publications. Because editorial decisions sit with third parties:

• We cannot guarantee placement in any specific publication, the inclusion of any specific link, or that coverage will remain live indefinitely.
• We make no guarantees about search engine rankings, traffic, or other outcomes, which depend on factors outside our control.
• Specific deliverable commitments (for example, a number of placements meeting agreed criteria) are only those stated in your written agreement with us.

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by or licensed to Linkifi and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent, except for normal personal, non-commercial use.

Materials we create for you as part of an engagement are governed by the terms of that engagement. You retain ownership of the materials and information you provide to us.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and use third-party tools (such as scheduling and chat widgets). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Nothing on the Site constitutes professional advice for your specific circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Linkifi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of the Site or the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of an engagement is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Linkifi and its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or any materials or information you provide to us that infringe the rights of a third party or break the law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms. Termination of client engagements is governed by the terms of your agreement with us. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, except where the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
